Fluoridation is the poisoning of a water system that negatively affects the brains of humans, lowering IQ and calcifying the pineal gland.

We, the men and women living at the area of Spokane, do not consent to being poisoned in our water supply. We will not allow our bodies and minds, and those of our minor children to be poisoned via fluoridation. Our human potentiatial will be realized. We choose to safeguard our brilliant, sovereign, creative, spiritually connected minds!

The city of Spokane has voted thrice against fluoridation, last in 2020! And yet, "Philanthropic" Arcora Foundation, bent on getting that poison into the water system, is funding fluoridation again to the tune of 3 million dollars. But there's a catch, Spokane must commit to 20 years of poisoning the people or else pay back Arcora $200,000/year for 20 years. In late August through September of 2020, The City Councilors and Mayor of Spokane have been notified by hundreds of Spokanites that we still wish to remain fluoridation free. Each male and female representative has been introduced to irrefutable science showing the neuro-toxicity of fluoridation.

I hold each of those people who acquiesce to the Arcora effort to fluoridate Spokane's water personally and financially liable for the harm they cause:

I, Colleen Palmer, a sovereign woman, declare that the supporting members, donors, affiliates, and board members of the institution of "Arcora: The Foundation of Delta Dental of Washington", and "Better Health Together" are engaged in a conspiracy to damage the minds of the men, women and children in Washington State. I assert that this conspiracy is aimed to devolve the American mind, affecting the mental and spiritual clarity, and general intelligence of the human men, women, and children living in the area; thereby undermining the mental health of the voting public, thereby undermining the Republic of the United States of America itself.

All men and women who are promoting and funding fluoridation are levying war on the minds of American Citizens, and are therefore individually engaged in acts of Treason. Every man and woman will be held responsible for their treasonous acts.

Those who acquiesce to fluoridation are aiding and abetting to a conspiracy to commit crimes of treason. It is recommended that all pariticipating parties cease their aquiescence now before the conspiracy becomes a reality.

You have been notified. You will be held personally responsible. Continuing to push fluoridation forward is an act of violence and violates Natural Law. It is in your best interest to do the right thing: atone for your conspiring with or acquiesing to this anti-human agenda, and bravely stop these criminals before there is more harm done to humanity.

Spokane municipal water must remain free from added neuro-toxic chemicals such as fluoride.
